"The night staff at this restaurant are among the most unpleasant individuals I've encountered. They are extremely rude to customers and consistently get food orders wrong. I have to specifically mention the unfriendly redhead who works at the food counter during the night; she seems to lack basic interpersonal skills and clearly dislikes her job. When you ask her for ketchup packets, she responds with an exasperated sigh, as if it’s a burden to fulfill such a simple request. It’s clear that some of these people are not suited for customer service."

"So I ordered through GrubHub... Two Tuna Sandwiches, 2 bags of chips and two sodas. The order arrives and the driver tells me that their are items missing but doesn't know what because he's not allowed to open the bag.. understandable. I open the bag and there are only two sodas .. thats allllll... They delivered the order without the sandwiches and chips... whats the point... Now I have to wait for my money to get refunded and wait another hour to get my food from another delivery app. They should've just called me and told me that they couldn't deliver the order in full so all of this could have been avoided."

"Love stopping here for the milk tea! Always getting the Assam milk tea with 0 sugar, red bean, and little ice (hot when going in winter). The milk is rich, the flavor is on point, and the drinks are always consistent. The service is usually relatively quick! Plus, who doesn’t love a Instagrammable wall of plushies?"

"I really like this place! They are so streamlined and it seems really clean there. The prices are reasonable and my favorite drink so far is the blended cold mocha.
