"I've been Going to this location in saddlebrook for 15 years and it's always never been great but over the last couple of years and especially on my trip today it has seriously gone downhill. The coffee station is always dirty. There's always milk sitting out not in the freezers. Most of the time the coffee is cold. And today I found out that they no longer carry hazelnut coffee, a staple of the coffee world in my humble opinion. No other quick check is as filthy and disorganised as this 1. I really hope they can step up their game soon."

I don't understand why they do this. I ordered a bagel toasted with cream cheese, and this is how much cream cheese they provided? I could understand if it were butter, but this is disappointing.

I found a literal plastic NAIL in my sandwich. Cannot make this up please do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to go for lunch. Only positive experience I've had with this place is the older gentleman handling the cashier. I'd be cautiousordering anything an employee has to make. View menu

First of all. The lady that makes the sandwiches in the back is super rude and has a huge attitude when I ordered something. They didn?t have smoothies and she told me last minute wasting my time. When I got my sandwich. It was gross and she did notfollow instructions when I said to cut it. Bread was hard and dry. They never have anything on the menu. The only person thatwas kind is the older gentleman working the cashier. DO NOT GO HERE
