"Unfortunately, after the strong garlic flavor of the salsa, my taste buds seemed dulled, and I could barely taste anything else except for the brewed, unsweetened iced tea with lemon. The service was very friendly, and the prices were midrange, comparable to most dinner menus in Portland. I had expected the Relleno to be a traditional stuffed chili that was battered and fried, so I was disappointed that it wasn't. Additionally, I prefer Cuban-style black beans, as the ones on my plate were bland and served al dente, which was quite unexciting. I won't be rushing back to dine here anytime soon, though I might consider it in five or six years if they're still around."
