"The food was enjoyable, but the service was extremely disappointing. My drink was overlooked when I placed my order. We opted for the TMA Flight and ended up waiting 45 minutes. When we inquired about our order, the server mentioned that the “kitchen was backed up,” despite the restaurant being nearly empty. Afterward, we placed our food order, and about 15 minutes later, both the flight and our meals arrived together. The server’s attitude was very indifferent; he often said, “Let me check with the kitchen” when we requested items that were clearly on the menu, like fruit or a juice that my friend ordered. He seemed unfamiliar with the menu and frequently forgot what we had ordered. I can't recommend this place to anyone, as I’ve heard similar complaints about the service before. Another customer approached the host stand to inquire if anyone was working, as he and his mother had been waiting without even a greeting for quite some time—even though I noticed around eight staff members in the bar area."
