"I had the pot roast, my companions had the mac n cheese with pot roast, and the prime rib weekend special. We also started with the nachos.The roast was excellent and the crowd favorite! As at least one Yelper said, the carrots are very maple syrup tasting which was a bit strange. They tasted great but were, I thought, an odd choice to combo with the roast. Everything else was tasty, and there were enough second choices that we are sure to come back. The service was attentive, the restaurant was clean and nice enough, and we were also impressed by the number of ciders on the menu (though they were out of a couple of them on our Sunday night visit). All in all an excellent find."

"The staff here is friendly, the prices are very affordable (with a great selection of $5 meals), and the southern cooking is delicious. I ordered the smothered catfish topped with shrimp etouffee over rice, and it was fantastic. For dessert, I tried the peach cobbler, which was equally impressive. Give this place a shot—I don't think you'll be disappointed!"

"This was the first time I visited this restaurant. I did take out. The food was pretty good overall. However, their employees are rude and very unprofessional. The one who brought me the food literally gave me my drink without a lid and told me I don’t have a lid for it. Didn’t even say sorry or anything and walk away. I had to go to the fountain drink section to get my own lid. And guess what? They do have lids for the drink there!! They really need to work on employees training… or it will be … – show"
