They excel in every aspect—from the consistently fresh ingredients to the unique "Mikes Way" option. The staff is both professional and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere in a clean environment. Even the wrapping of the sandwiches is impressive. This was, without a doubt, the best sub experience I've had in the Midwest. I walked in late one night after a long day, and you could hardly tell I was tired because the quality of the food and the team's service elevated the experience far beyond what typical fast food offers. "I can't express how thrilled my family was to see the Jersey Mike's sign going up in Beverly! We used to live less than a mile from one in Maryland, and we've really missed it since we moved. The staff was very friendly today, and even though they are still getting the hang of things, they were eager to help! It's important to give them a chance to learn about the subs and the process. There was a moment when my order was overlooked because a team member mistakenly thought I wanted a hot sub while he was dealing with cold subs, but they were all very apologetic and quick to fix it! Everyone was smiling, and the food, as always, was fresh and delicious! I highly recommend it! If you’ve never been to a Jersey Mike's Subs, do yourself a favor and stop by!"

"I had a negative experience at Jersey Mike's today. I was hoping for a tasty sandwich for lunch, but instead, I received a poorly made sandwich. The Business Manager, Joe, was rude and reluctant to toast the bread for my sandwich. Another customer in line had to intervene before Joe finally toasted the bread, but he did so aggressively and let it burn. Joe then assembled the sandwich poorly and did not care about my satisfaction as a customer. As a business manager myself, I believe that customer service should always be a top priority, which Joe clearly did not prioritize. I hope the franchisee considers new management as Joe's representation of the brand was disgraceful. If I could, I would give this place 0 stars."

"I really enjoy going to this restaurant! My go-to dish is the buffalo chicken (44). It arrives warm and delicious, with just the right amount of spice. We usually order takeout for lunch, and the prices range from $1 to $10 per person. I would rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a solid 5 as well. "Horrible! Waiting to place an order, this other customer and I were asked to stand by the “place order sign” which neither of us saw, but the worker point the sign out as if she was irritated. Ok, we can’t help what we did not see. The customer I stood with made a comment about their rules and a guy working said “what rules, we’re busy. That’s it!” After that customer received his food and left the 3 workers ranted on very unprofessionally about his comment and how we didn’t read their sign, etc,. I thought “I’m still standing here, can you at least wait until I leave to bad-mouth us”.. but I didn’t say a word. Unlike them I handled myself with class. First time there, and last time. Very poor/horrible customer service!"

"We placed an online order at the restaurant and paid over $30. However, we did not receive a confirmation email. When we called the restaurant, they informed us that there was no record of our order and refused to make our food or issue a refund. We offered to show them our bank statement to prove the payment, but they still would not help us. In any other local business, they would have rectified the situation by making our food, but instead we were scolded and treated rudely (which made my husband very upset) for trying to get our money back."

"I visited Jersey Mike's for the first time on Sunday, and while I enjoyed my mini tuna sub, I can't shake the feeling that it’s a bit overrated. The sandwich was good, and I appreciated the fresh bread along with the slightly "peppery" flavor of the tuna, but it still tasted like an ordinary chain sandwich. I’m sorry to say I didn’t find anything particularly remarkable about it. Though I plan to try more of the hot sandwiches in the future, I have to admit that the prices are quite off-putting. My mini sub cost just over $8, and while the portion was just right for me, I’d prefer to go to a local deli, pay a bit more, and support a small business."

"Went in the other day before work. Ordered 2 giant subs and 1 regular. The order was clearly written how I wanted them. After 3 attempts to make them I was handed 2, 1 giant and 1 regular. I asked where my other giant was. Oh you had another? YES.....here is the receipt!! Get home to drop them off.....open them and they were STILL WRONG!!! I had to leave because I was already running late for work. Tried calling while on my way to work, several times, only to have the phone ring and ring. I will never go here again!! Especially after paying over $40 for 3 subs, which could not be made correctly after 4 attempts!!!"

"I walked into this place and it smelled.. beautiful... the grill guy had the Chipotle chicken on the grill. But just the aroma in there.. it smelled beautiful.I didn 't catch anyone 's name, but every employee in there was friendly, and laughed at my jokes. LolI love a #8.. heated. Cooked like a steak cheese, or chicken Philly. The meats, the cheeses (I got both Swiss provolone), green peppers, onions, mushrooms grilled... then lettuce, and the seasonings.This has GOT TO BE ... THE BEST DAMN SUB I 'VE EVER EATEN!!Danny Divito ... try it.Wish I could give this location this staff 10 stars. I did call the store thank the young man personally, as well as compliment him on his subery ... A whole damn Jersey Mike 's Harry Potter magical cooking young man. Give him a raise!!"
