This evening I walked in to order, a girl with brown yellowish hair at the front desk really shocked me with her blatantly bad attitude. She rolled her eyes at me when I asked if she could repeat her words, because the mic she was wearing was not very clear in a loud place. After the order, she just nodded at me to take the receipt myself. Excuse me? The receipt is on the other side of the glass pane way closer to her. And they missed the pearls(bubble) in one of the drinks I ordered. I don?t get it is it how business is operating right now? It?s such a bad representation of the bubble tea community. Please train your employees properly if you actually care about your business."
