"Seriously, if you want bubble tea, seek elsewhere. Terrible customer service. This evening I walked in to order, a girl with brown yellowish hair at the front desk really shocked me with her blatantly bad attitude. She rolled her eyes at me when I asked if she could repeat her words, because the mic she was wearing was not very clear in a loud place. After the order, she just nodded at me to take the receipt myself. Excuse me? The receipt is on the other side of the glass pane way closer to her. And they missed the pearls(bubble) in one of the drinks I ordered. I don?t get it is it how business is operating right now? It?s such a bad representation of the bubble tea community. Please train your employees properly if you actually care about your business."

The bubble tea here is of excellent quality. You won't be disappointed with the flavor!

My favorite drink is the passion fruit green tea. The customer service is excellent, and I highly recommend this place for any beverages.

The milk powder used was not very appealing. The fruit tea lacked any real fruit flavor. The bubbles were decent, but there was way too much ice in the drink; I ordered less ice, yet half the cup was still filled with it.

The taro bubble tea was decent, but it was overly sweet, and I could taste the brown sugar crystals while drinking it. The mochinut, on the other hand, was quite good. However, I found the person serving the mochinut to be unprofessional. View menu

It didn’t took much long for me to order. Staffs are alright. But I ordered Taro Slush but there was a weird blue thingy inside my drink and there are so many chuck of ice cubes in the slush, which should be blended. Some of the bobas were also too dry to chew as well

I wouldn't recommend the taro milk slush—it's mostly just crushed ice, and I could hardly taste anything else in the drink. Also, be cautious with the biodegradable straws; they were quite fragile and broke easily. I ended up going through two straws before I had to use one from a competitor.

If it were possible to give zero stars, I absolutely would. The customer service was horrendous. My drink had a strange taste, and when I mentioned it to the staff and requested a replacement, I was met with attitude. Additionally, the drinks are overpriced to begin with. Overall, a very disappointing experience. View menu

I went in to order just jasmine green tea. They told me they don?t have it. Told me they have ?plain green tea? so I got a green tea with 30% sweet and light ice. Paid for my drink and got the drink and they ended up ordering for me milk green tea filled halfway with ice instead of light ice. I was the only customer there at the time and they were able to mess it up completely.. had to drink the drink I got ASAP before all the ice watered it down.

First of all make sure you ask for 30 50% sugar on any standard drink. I've been frequenting Gong cha for quite some time now, and it has pretty good drinks. It will get crowded around the evening because of the mochi nuts store inside as well. They have great milk tea and their bubbles are always soft and chewy; however, the default to an excessive amount of sugar so make sure you ask for 30% or 50%. Most of the staff members there are foreign (mostly international students), so it may be hard communicating but they always get the order correct. No complaints here.

"Great casual fine dining experience in a quiet Cambridge neighborhood.Took a visit here for dinner on a Saturday night. Its casual and rustic interior blended in perfectly with the atmosphere of the neighborhood, and our servers were very welcoming. We were initially planning to do the tasting menu, but the regular a la carte menu seemed too good to miss. We ended up ordering a bunch from their regular menu which turned out to be the right decision. The optional focaccia and rye bread with sweet scallion butter was an excellent start to the meal. From the appetizers, we had the kohlrabi cabbage, country terrine, and the scallop crudo. Topped with a mélange of earthy and floral ingredients, the scallop crudo was my favorite from the appetizers. Each bite was creamy and flavorful yet inexplicably light. Sprinkled with cranberries and spiced seeds, the kohlrabi and cabbage salad was also delightful. I especially loved the spiced seed toppings which added the right amount of nuttiness and crunchy texture.Saffron bigoli with leeks and clam sofrito had a slightly boring flavor profile, but the pappardelle verde with lamb sugo was phenomenal. I’m usually not a fan of mint toppings, but it managed to become a perfect complement to the lamb sugo. Subsequent 3 entrées were also amazing. Japanese-inspired soy marinated cod was perfectly tenderized, and its delicate texture paired well with the carrots and leeks soaked in dashi. Forking a concoction of chimichurri sauce, garlic purée, and grilled spring onion with tender pieces of beef teres major was also very satisfying. We finished off the meal with the carrot cake sundae and the lemon poppyseed cake. The dessert section lacked refined taste, but we still appreciated their effort to put something unique and interesting. Overall, a really enjoyable dinner experience at a reasonable price. Would definitely come back some day to try their tasting menu.Parking: Street parking available on Huron Ave Concord Ave"

"No soup/sandwich shop compares in terms of price per quality, portion size, and different options in the area. I only started ordering from here about 2 weeks ago and I’ve now had 7 different kinds of soups and 4 different kinds of sandwiches after the first order I started ordering two soups and a sandwich aka a soup to save for later because they’re just that good, every one of them. Price is so very reasonable and depending on which combo you get you can make out with a full sized sandwich and large sized homemade soup for $14.While it’s hard to recommend one thing over another in this circumstance since it’s all been great in their own ways, the Chicken Chowder is something I plan on getting a quart of next time it’s available. The Chicken Barley and Chicken Lemon Rice are ones I plan on getting quarts of in the future as well, and that’s not to discount the Chicken Noodle, Beef and Veg Noodle Stew, French Onion, and the current seasonal Chilled Gazpacha (which I probably wouldn’t have even tried it wasn’t from these guys . It’s all top quality. The Chicken Tarragon sandwich is my favorite in terms of sandwiches although it can’t combo with a soup as of now (please let us! . The best cheap soup combo sandwich is a tossup between the Cilantro Tuna and Ciabatta Sandwich, which are both incredible in their own ways. The only few drawbacks to this place are they don’t have every soup they make every day, are only open until 4PM, and aren’t open on the weekends. That said it’s worth it to plan accordingly for this. I never review anything but this place is worth it it’s the best if you’re a soup and sandwich person like I am."
