"If I could give negative stars, I would. DO NOT order from this location. I placed an online order at 4:15 pm. I was told the order would be ready at 4:45 pm. When I got to this location a little after 5 pm, I was told that the printer was broken. In addition, he asked for my mobile phone so that he could see the order and write it down. Why my order was not in the system remains a mystery to me. By the time I got my order, it was closer to 6 pm. The meals that I was given were not what I ordered. The facility was dirty, tables sticky, there was a sign that said toilet closed and the soda machine was open. The customer service was sub-par. While he did apologize for the printer being broken, no explanation was given as to why my order was never received. The man behind the counter had his airbuds in and was merrily dancing to music while we waited for an inordinate amount of time for our food. Of course the doordash order was ready, but we witnessed him berate the dasher for grabbing a straw to which the dasher (rightfully) said, you need to work on your customer service and stop being so cheap I will NEVER order from this place again."
