"Just ordered off uber and I must say this is the worst fast food experience I've had food is super greesy my fries were heavy due to the amount of grees they soaked up they were also halfway cooked. Also my chicken was half black tasted as if they re-fried chicken that was sitting around from the day before smh never again will I order from this spot one and done."

Great customer service but mediocre food. The hot wings were barely warm and pretty bland. Good fries though. Will give it another chance

the habibis alway make the best chicken. the type of fried chicken that stays juicy and crispy and doesn't really need sauce on it unless you want it. i only dabbed a bit of hot sauce cause it was during the blizzard and i wanted that burst but the chicken was top notch. the bread that came was slightly sweet which was nice. i ate that ish to the bone

The Habibis always prepare the most delicious chicken. It's the kind of fried chicken that remains juicy and crispy, and doesn't really need sauce unless you want it. During a blizzard, I added a bit of hot sauce for an extra kick, but the chicken itself was excellent. The bread served was slightly sweet, which added a nice touch. I devoured every last bit of it.

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
