"Loved the food, and I loved that there were multiple vegetarian options available. I ordered a burrito bowl with tofu and my husband got a burrito.As a first time visitor to the restaurant, my only suggestion to the staff would be to go through all the steps proactively (i.e. asking if I want sauce on my burrito bowl they skipped this and I had to ask for it later), and to also point out things (I didn't receive salsa with my chips and had to ask about it, turns out there is a separate self serve salsa station.Perhaps they are used to serving customers who are familiar with the chain, but since I had never been before that would have brought service levels up to a 5 star. Vegetarian options: Tofu was available as an option (which was a nice change from places that only offer vegetables as a vegetarian option)."

"Every time I go to this restaurant, I'm thoroughly impressed! The food is amazing—the crust is fresh, and they really load on the cheese. It's incredibly tasty. However, what truly makes this place special is the staff. They are consistently friendly, smiling, and eager to help.
