"Not surprised by the rating or many of the reviews. The manager there is extremely rude and disrespectful. How many bad reviews does this Dairy Queen need before getting rid of this guy? My husband placed his order and then looked at it before taking a bite and realized the sandwich had a peppercorn dressing on it. He misunderstood the ingredients when ordering and took it in to get something else. The manager (a short pudgy guy with dark hair) didn’t even let him get to the counter before aggressively approaching him and telling him that’s what he ordered. He would have purchased another sandwich to get something he wanted but the rude manager came at him with such aggressive behavior he just gave them the sandwich and left. Dairy Queen read these reviews!!! The guy should not be working for you or managing anyone. I gave the one star because the young man who took our order was polite."
