"This is likely one of the better restaurants in Janesville, but it falls short of being truly great—it's decent at best. The service was excellent, with very friendly staff. However, the atmosphere is a bit musty; I understand it’s an older building, but it could really benefit from some renovations. When it comes to the food, the entrees were fairly good, though they could use more seasoning beyond just salt. Nonetheless, they were the highlight of the meal. The egg drop soup was quite nice as well. Unfortunately, the rice served with the entrees was dry and slightly crusty on top. I would advise against ordering any fried items, as both the egg rolls and rangoons were lacking in both the quality of frying and the flavor of the fillings. Overall, I wouldn’t mind coming here again if someone invited me, but I likely wouldn’t choose to return on my own. As for wheelchair accessibility, it's definitely not suitable due to the very steep stairs."
