If you want to get a refund, you'll have to deal with the hassle of contacting the store, but this location has disabled its phone line, so calls go straight to a voicemail that is full and not accepting new messages. This place has been unreliable for a year, and I won't be trying again. I hope management takes steps to improve, for the sake of their business."
