"Perhaps I visited the restaurant on a less than stellar day. I ordered the Steak and Egg burrito, which didn't quite meet the mark, as my wife would say. It wasn't terrible, but it also wasn't outstanding. I asked for coffee, finished it, but no one came around to offer a refill. I'm not sure if it's a no-refill policy or just neglectful service, but given the price of coffee these days, refills are typically expected. The coffee itself wasn't that great anyway, so it wasn't a huge loss. I chose this place based on its downtown location and rave reviews, perhaps setting my expectations too high. I'll give it another shot to see if today was just an off day. Maybe I should have added some Jameson to my coffee..."
