"I ordered online for pickup, but when I got home, they gave me the wrong pizza. They offered to remake it or give me store credit. I mentioned that I'd already made the trip, and if they could deliver the correct pizza, I would accept the remake. However, they wanted to charge me a delivery fee. Since this was their mistake, I shouldn't have to pay extra to fix it. As a result, I had to accept store credit for only part of my order, which I didn't even want since it wasn't what I ordered. I spent 15-20 minutes on hold just to talk to the manager, and all I got was this unsatisfactory solution. I’ll use the credit but won’t be returning. We have a Little Caesar's that is just as good as Domino's, and I've never had an issue with them."
