"Not impressed. We used to go fairly regularly until Covid. Post lockdown, we started venturing back in. This particular location has completely gone downhill. Ordered our food tonight (they were at MAYBE 1/4 capacity) but our waiter rarely came by, had tobe asked for refills right before he walked away since it was clear he didn't plan to ask or bring any, left zero napkins...andwhen I told him that my burger was missing 2 key items that specifically come on that burger? Well, he didn't want to take itback or anything, but rather go ask the kitchen to make the bacon and get the condiment on the side to bring back so I couldassemble my burger with the items myself. It irks me a bit more since I was using my birthday reward for a free burger, stillspent $60 for our family of 3, and the service and food were quite unfortunate. Hope this helps someone out there. *shrug*"
