"Not impressed. We used to go fairly regularly until Covid. Post lockdown, we started venturing back in. This particular location has completely gone downhill. Ordered our food tonight (they were at MAYBE 1/4 capacity) but our waiter rarely came by, had tobe asked for refills right before he walked away since it was clear he didn't plan to ask or bring any, left zero napkins...andwhen I told him that my burger was missing 2 key items that specifically come on that burger? Well, he didn't want to take itback or anything, but rather go ask the kitchen to make the bacon and get the condiment on the side to bring back so I couldassemble my burger with the items myself. It irks me a bit more since I was using my birthday reward for a free burger, stillspent $60 for our family of 3, and the service and food were quite unfortunate. Hope this helps someone out there. *shrug*"

I had never been to this restaurant before, but I must say, the food was delicious! We tried the Burning Love Burger and the Ensenada Chicken. Red Robin is definitely a must-try!

The food wasn’t as good as it usually is. The cleanliness of the restaurant has significantly declined. However, our waitress was fantastic—very attentive, fulfilled all our requests, and was one of the few staff members clearing tables and wiping surfaces.

We really enjoy Red Robin for their delicious fries and family-friendly atmosphere. However, for some reason, we always have to ask multiple times for the kids' chocolate milk or regular milk. It has become a running joke in our family. Despite this minor inconvenience, we still visit Red Robin 5-6 times a year. We have probably had to request the milk we ordered about 15 times. I visited this restaurant for the first time tonight and ordered online for pickup. When I arrived, my food wasn't ready due to computer problems, but it wasn't their fault. The host kept me informed and my order was remade to ensure it was fresh. I even received gift cards for the inconvenience. Overall, the customer service was excellent despite the technological hiccups. The food was delicious; the salad had crispy lettuce and well-seasoned chicken - the best salad I've had in a while. My husband enjoyed his burger as well. We will definitely be returning soon, as the hardworking team here makes great food. Thanks for a wonderful dinner!
