"I went to this restaurant tonight with my brother for dinner. When we arrived, it took a moment to get a table because one group of 5 decided to leave when their table was ready. It was clear that the staff was short-handed as it took a long time to get our drinks and appetizers (I never received my drink because my server was covering multiple sections and also bartending, and was new to this location). Once I filled my bowl to be cooked, the line was very long, and when there were finally spots available for more orders, the cooks kept skipping us. As a cook myself, I know that none of the food on the flat top should have taken so long, especially when there is more than one person cooking. I could tell that one of the cooks was new and trying to find his rhythm (I hope he improves), but they were moving too slowly. By the time I received my food, most of it was burnt, dry, and extremely salty. When I returned to my table, my appetizers were missing. My server told me he was about to make the drink I ordered (he said this more than once), so I waited for the drink and my apps (I ordered the Korean quesadilla). When I finally received the quesadilla and tasted it, it was awful and way too salty. After that, I just wanted my bill. I canceled my drink order because it was taking too long, and I had lost my appetite from all the salt in my meal and apps. I hope this location improves and gets more help, as they really need it. I used to enjoy coming here, but now it's just disappointing and unpleasant."
