It’s Been a while since I’ve been here and I think the service is what made it best for me today! I had Ema she was awesome, got my drink right away and kept checking in on me to make sure everything was just how I wanted. She made sure that there was never anything empty in front of me and also had an awesome attitude the entire time! I definitely will be back because the food was good but the service was great!

A little confusing to navigate at first since there's a one bowl option and all you can eat option, which opparnetly both come with rice if you want it, but the food itself was pretty good. The bowls were a bit small so I couldn't stock as much as I wanted but I definitely tried my best. The chef dropped a big piece of my meat so I was kinda sad, but oh well there's always next time. I like that you can add eggs in there too, that was a nice plus.

I was so excited to finally find a BD's Mongolian grill in the area, but this was a huge disappointment. It honestly felt like the restaurant had just opened for its first weekend. The meat area was hardly stocked and was completely out of chicken and steak which we waited almost 10 minutes for it to get refilled then we waited 47 minutes for our food to get cooked by the chefs. It was unfortunate. Restaurant was very dirty in the dinning area and the bathrooms were just as bad. Only good thing was our server kept up on our drink refills. Miranda, Michael, Amanda, Emma, and Alex did such a phenomenal job!!! They all took care of us very well and we’re extremely patient and kind!! The food was exceptional and Alex did a phenomenal job managing the grill all by himself!! He moved quite fast to be the only one working that station! Miranda was super patient with us as we waited for our sister and was very attentive to meeting any need that we had!! She was overall just a phenomenal waitress!! The kindness of Michael, Amanda, and Emma was such a delight for us and we so look forward to visiting again in the future! We've been to BD's a few times before, and previous times would have been 5*s but this time was 4, only because we personally didn't have a great wait staff member. I know this was only because they were a bit obviously new, and it was a pretty busy lunch rush, but our table was neglected. He also took the coupon code from my app, used it, but only gave us half of its value on our bill, which was weird lol. However, aside from that, the food was good! The guys around the big grill are super friendly and energetic, the hostess was really kind and all the food seemed as fresh as always. The desserts are also always a must-have! They don't even deserve a one star. Wish I could give them a minus -5 . Walked in waited to be seated. no more than 5 tables used . Had to find server to seat us. Bowl selection of foods are really awful. Steak was nothing but fat and grizzly. Most of the food choices were empty and no one would fill them. As empty as this place was there should be no reason or excuse for lack of resupplying empty containers. They grill cook was rude. The teriyaki sauce was really nasty. All it tasted like was salt.
