"I stopped by yesterday evening around 9 PM for a quick dinner pickup. I was greeted by a young man named Andres, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. I had a few questions about some new menu items and asked for his recommendation on tortilla types. He responded with a smile and was very patient, which made my short visit truly enjoyable. I’ve always loved Qdoba and will continue to be a fan, but Andres's attentive and efficient service really made this location stand out for me."

"The staff at this establishment is pleasant, but the owner/manager is very biased. My experience was poor, as the food I ordered was not properly filled (the staff were busy and the manager was eating) as seen in the photos. The owner/manager is disrespectful to both customers and staff. Customers deserve respect and I will not be returning to this Qdoba location. I do not recommend this place to anyone who values their self-respect. Additionally, I was informed that the restaurant was out of salt. The employees receive less support when the manager is present. If I could rate with a negative star, I would. I am extremely disappointed and feel I should receive a refund for my entire order. I would normally recommend Qdoba to my friends, but I strongly advise them to avoid this location in Schaumburg."

"I placed a mobile order and it said it would be ready at 6:50pm. I got there at 6:50 and it seemed to be a little crowded with people in line and waiting for the mobile pickups. When they asked for my name and said it would be ready shortly, I figured I could wait a few more minutes. Fast forward to 7:10 !!! and the food is still not ready keep in mind I am sitting at a booth staring at the workers the entire time as they were glancing at me . People in the regular line were getting their food quickly, and those who placed mobile orders way after me were too. I finally stood up, not knowing why i didn’t do so earlier, and asked where my food was, and only after this did the worker go start making my food. It took her maybe 30 seconds to make the burrito, and I got my food without any empathy for sitting there for the last almost 30 minutes. When I got home, I realized that half of the order was wrong: no side of queso, no guacamole, no sour cream, and more. This is the second time I have had an unpleasant experience at this location, and I am very disappointed with both the service and the quality of the food"

"I'm really thrilled that a Qdoba has opened near my house! The chips and queso are amazing, though I find the spicy queso a bit too hot for my taste. The chicken, quesadillas, and salsa are all spot-on. One downside is that the entrance to the parking lot is a bit awkward and narrow. Don't forget to sign up for their rewards program to earn free food. The peach lemonade goes perfectly with the meal. The restaurant is clean, and the ambiance reminds me of the movie Nacho Libre. I also noticed that the restrooms are well-kept. We dine here at least every couple of weeks, and the staff is very friendly. Surprisingly, it's not too busy, especially for a college town!"

"We were traveling from Wisconsin to Ohio for the NCAA games. My daughter chose QDOBA. From the minute we walked in to the minute we left the total experience was so good we detoured on our way home to stop AGAIN on Saturday afternoon. Frank and the other employee working that night took time to chat with us, ask questions, were efficient making our food and could not have been nicer. We drove to Columbus thru Indianapolis and home thru Fort Wayne. Again we drove up to see Frank and his team (we called to make sure he was working) so we could stop again. We have a Rugby Tourney in April in Indiana and we already know we will stop in again. Customer service is all you have in the world today and you are lucky to have it in Frank. I run a company in Wisconsin and would be proud to hire Frank as my Customer Service employee. You are lucky to have him."

"We love ordering the family meal with the Cholula chicken, but it's unavailable on the app. Previously, I've been instructed to place my order and then call to request the Cholula chicken, which they could adjust on their end for an extra charge. However, when I called today, I spoke with a supervisor who was quite rude and told me she couldn’t accommodate my request. I mentioned that we had successfully done this before, but she insisted that it was impossible to do through the app. When I reiterated our previous experiences, she changed her reason and said they didn't have enough chicken to prepare the Cholula chicken. I then asked if they could simply use the Cholula sauce on our family meal chicken, but she said that she couldn't because they were out of chicken for the night—despite having enough to fulfill our order. As a customer, it's incredibly frustrating to be talked down to and to have the explanation shift from one issue to another. It felt like she just didn't want to take the time to help us. Unfortunately, this is the second disappointing experience I've had at this location recently. I'm really let down, especially as a loyal Qdoba fan."

"Cannot speak for the food. We decided to go here tonight for the first time, their register charged our card twice (they were aware their register was doing it to people) My husband paid, it said approved on the card reader took his card and left while Ifinished up and grabbed the food. That is when I was told it might have charged us twice and to check our bank statement. I hadto pull up my banking info, show them it charged twice, waited for the (manager?)Josh to get off the phone, then I?m told theyneeded the card in order to refund the 2nd charge, I had to call my husband to come back to the restaurant, by the time it wasall said and done I had to ask for a full refund. It had been over 20 minutes of them trying to fix the problem, our food wascold. We were never offered to have our food remade so it could have been fresh, we received a very minimal apology from Josh,and I couldn?t even get a receipt showing it had been refunded because I was told the register isn?t printing! Absolutely poorexperience and after wasting over 30 minutes here we had to find somewhere else to get dinner. I ran a restaurant as a managerfor several years and I NEVER would have let an error from a register make a customer walk out of my restaurant empty handed.The manager clearly needs some training on hospitality and this place needs to get their register situation handled.Disappointing!"

"This was my second visit to this restaurant, and once again, I wasn't greeted when I arrived. I had to approach a staff member to ask if I could place my order, as he didn't acknowledge my presence at all. Most of the employees appeared unhappy and disengaged from their work. While I understand that it's just a job for them, this lack of enthusiasm makes me hesitant to return in the future."
