"photo: photo was taken a while ago, this was a take out order. I didn't touch the food before taking the picture this was one of the rare times when they didn't forget the sauces! (2 out of 3 times they didn't give me the sauces. after that, I stopped getting delivery and went there myself haha). love qdoba. used to work at chipotle and i can say that i personally prefer their food. I'm not sure if they prepare it fresh though because we did, but I didn't notice much of a difference (maybe because I'm just not picky like that). store-wise, their customer support is pretty good. though you can tell that they're stressed when it gets busy and they rush your order a bit. either way, treat them with respect and you'll make both of your days better. would DEFINITELY not recommend getting takeout/delivery/pickup if you have the time to wait on the line. I noticed that they missed sauces on the side and there was even once where they placed the sauce container IN my bowl. I don't mind because I understand, so I didn't complain to the workers or anything but I definitely notice a quality difference. It's probably the lunch/dinner rush though. I also notice it's just generally more sloppier when you're not ordering on the line. I mean, this was the case with the chipotle I worked at too so it's not a big deal or anything. on the plus side, they don't charge for tortillas on the side which is nice!"

"Today (2-3-22), we had a very bad snow storm. Most places around were closed for the day or closing up randomly throughout the day. I work close to this location. I thought I would call just to make sure they were still open. Phone rings, lady says “Qdoba, how can I help you?” I asked the simple question “Are you all still open for the day?” Her response was, “I answered the phone didn’t I?” Absolutely uncalled for and VERY unprofessional. Someone needs to teach her manners. After multiple bad experiences, this was the last straw. I will never be eating at a Qdoba again."

"My experiences with this place are mostly good. Every single time I've gone, the staff is pretty young but they seem to be quite mature and decently hard workers. Even when I went in and their cash register was not taking credit cards, this one young lady was calculating all the prices and tax on paper and keeping records of everything in order to get people back their cash properly. That's a skill I thought went out 20 years ago.It's usually pretty good food but sometimes I think they just leave it out way too long. I've had a couple of incidents where the meat is extremely chewy or the cheese is just smelling kind of bad or the lettuce is all will be limpy. So I think they could try to change out the food a little more often and not leave it all day.Lastly their stores usually pretty clean as far as the counters and the tables. But the floor is always always absolutely always sticky and gross. I'm not sure they have ever mopped since the store opened up.So all in all a pretty good place. Mop the floor once in awhile (this coming from somebody who's not a neat freak at all) and make sure especially with the meats and the cheese they are changed out more than once a day because they get pretty nasty."

"The service at this restaurant was poor and the lady working there was extremely rude. I asked for a little more fajita vegetables and was told I couldn't have them because I didn't order any protein. When I agreed to pay extra, she replied in a condescending tone. I will not be returning to this restaurant and suggest the owner address the situation. The staff should be trained better and greeted customers when they enter. The lady's attitude was unacceptable, even though she wasn't my server. She should be fired if this behavior is typical. This was the worst QDOBA experience I've had, and I have been to many QDOBAs."

"I'm still shocked because I'm writing this, I've never experienced such a RUDE behavior! We were helped by a heavy woman and another African American woman (so the manager can know who I am referring to), and they could not have been there any more. Not only did the hard-set one talk about my husband when he asked a question, but they were also not willing to help us at all (it is not a hard job) and it was very clear that they had no interest in being there. Again, ive never had such a bad customer service. If you hate your job, go somewhere else. Based on these two, we will never return to this place. I wish there were more words to describe what a terrible experience we just had."

"My experience at this restaurant was terrible! I wanted to order a burrito bowl with chips and a drink, but the place was filthy from top to bottom. The serving table was disgusting and in need of a health inspector. Both the managers and staff were equally disappointing. The line was long, the service was rude and extremely slow. After waiting 45 minutes, I was informed that they were out of several key ingredients, including black beans, rice, chicken, beef, and even chips! Why even bother being open? This was the worst location I have ever been to and I used to be a big fan. I doubt I'll ever return after this experience."

"The three workers standing at the cash register could have really cleaned the place. Lobby a total mess. Garbage on floors tables. Cleaner trash bags sitting on top of garbage container. Two employees had ear pods in. Sitting at side booth chatting. Make table complete mess. Back kitchen soiled pots pans everywhere. Food cold got ground beef nachos. I should have left. No where near what they used to be. Very disappointed. Stayed because first choice was closed 2nd choice was drive thru only. I usually don't give bad reviews either but this was the same as the Menomonee Falls store which was dirty as well."

"Done with this place. Came back to this location after a few months hiatus. Last time I was here I had a bad experience. Ordered a kids quesadilla and the guy who made it dropped it and was ready to serve it. Sorry pal but the 3 sec rule only applies if you drop food at home. ? In addition they weren't wearing gloves when they were using chemicals to clean the tortilla warmer then serving food with bare hands. I did say something to an employee about this. She corrected it by making a new quesadilla and wearing gloves.This time out of convenience and time, I decided to stop by. I ordered take out. Here is what I found in my food. ? I'm officially done. Never going back to this location regardless of convenience. They obviously don't clean there. I'm not sure what time of bug this is but he was very attached to my plastic container. I hope it's not a roach. ?? BTW chips were stale too."

"I think qdoba burritos are at or near the top of my favorite and the hand-held, fast food arena. eating here was ok, but not as great as I got to places on others, and although I came to a late lunch when there were no other guests in the restaurant, all were table dirty. I will shoot it again in the future, but I was not as impressed as expected. Maybe my expectations were too high."

"that's the second time I came to this place because it's right at my house. the first time that I ordered online and chose the option to lock because my baby was asleep in the car. I had to call several times before they answered the phone, and I could see it inside. there were no customers present. Today was my second time. I thought I'd try again. I ordered ahead and took a time (good in advance) for eating. When I arrived there, the young lady still prepared a part of my order. they had no more apple juice for the child's meal. I discovered it when I checked the bag in my car. I went back and asked for him and said they were out. she offered me milk, but I didn't want it; that's not what I ordered, and I was the one who mentioned it. When I came home, I realized that they did not include the apples for the child's meal. I understand that there are no days, but both of them paint when I left, there was a problem. I will keep myself closer to my job at the location."

"Came here for Steak Nachos around 8pm on a Saturday. I was told by the cashier that they were out of chips. I seen the lady in the back currently frying chips so I asked how long and she said they were out for good. I said it?s fine and that I would try another location. I changed my mind came back in less than 10 minutes later to just get a bowl and I would go to the store and purchase my own chips.They magically had chips. While making my bowl she took a half scoop of meat, I asked if I could have more meat she said it would be extra. Paid $15.99 for this and the chips were stale. I?ve never had any problem at this location until today. Horrible service."

"I placed a pick up order through the app. My husband ordered a quesadilla. The quesadilla wasn’t even grilled. It looked like they put everything in the tortilla, sliced it down the middle shoved it into a box. Upon further examination, his veggies were RAW?! Just raw green peppers. I don’t even know how that happened. I felt so so awful for him as he finally took a personal day after working 65 (no exaggeration) hours so far this week. Basically 20 hours a day. Only to get a raw, inedible quesadilla. Cheese only works as a binder if it’s melted so it all fell apart everywhere. It was such a mess. I tried to resolve the issue but yesterday evening the phone ran off the hook. I asked my husband if they were busy he said they had a lot of online orders so I left it and decided to call at open. I called this morning and again it ran off the hook. I even went to the qdoba app to see if there was a way to report this because $10 down the drain isn’t fair to anyone but unfortunately they don’t have any way to fix the issue there either. I’m going to keep trying to get ahold because I don’t want to have to pay for a meal that was inedible and literally not even grilled. Super disappointed."

"The food was good, but the service was considerably slow. I placed an online order and arrived at the designated pickup time, yet I had to wait an additional 30 minutes before they even began preparing my meal. When I finally received my order, they had forgotten a bowl. When I returned to inform them, they seemed inconvenienced by my request and offered no apologies for the long wait or for the missing item. I understand that many places are facing staffing shortages, but there was a noticeable lack of urgency in fulfilling my order. Overall, I was disappointed by their response to the oversight regarding my food."

"Every time I visit this restaurant, the staff is consistently rude. The manager (I assume) caught me off guard when I went to pick up my online order. When I said I had an order for Michelle, he replied, "We have two orders for Michelle. Which one?" as if I should have known that. I told him my order and requested a side of chips, and he responded that "chips aren't free," which is okay, but when I offered to pay for them, he let out a loud sigh. I work at the mall and usually stop by during my breaks, but after this experience, I will be looking for other places to eat."

"One of the better tex-mex chains in the north. They have a clean store and very friendly staff, prices are decent. I only give 4 stars because I've always felt the food was a bit bland, but it's always the same and I assume it's cooked correctly."
