"Today (2-3-22), we had a very bad snow storm. Most places around were closed for the day or closing up randomly throughout the day. I work close to this location. I thought I would call just to make sure they were still open. Phone rings, lady says “Qdoba, how can I help you?” I asked the simple question “Are you all still open for the day?” Her response was, “I answered the phone didn’t I?” Absolutely uncalled for and VERY unprofessional. Someone needs to teach her manners. After multiple bad experiences, this was the last straw. I will never be eating at a Qdoba again."

during a recent visit to see my grandson, we went to qdoba. this is a great place to get a delicious Mexican bowl with a beautiful selection of fresh vegetables, meat and rice. Whenever I get to cincinnati, I will always try to come here for a high quality meal. very good!

5 stars as always! They can not even see a qdoba bowl and think chipotle is close. it is more eating, it is fresher and warm, they get the cheese sauce and guak free, and I even get mine in a fried tortilla dish. chipotle dreams of making quality food even half as good as qdoba. View menu

Dine in, food wasn't hot. Not enough chips (on side) with nachos order, especially when a third of them are wet out of the bag and not edible. More black bean fluid than actual black beans. Not friendly. Dirty tables. Small portions for the price (which has increased)and stale chips (ones that weren't wet), Florence location is so much better.
