"Can't even begin to say what a bad experience I had here. To begin with when you enter an establishment you're usually greeted with a smile and a hello. None of that happened. I ordered a mini bulgogi and a mini kalbi plate. The cook in the back came out and had a smile on her face and I thought, at least she's happy. We got our sides which I had to say didn't look very Korean to me but we don't assume a thing. So I get chap chae, cucumber kim chee and chap chae and corn for the other. Got home and was ready to eat. Opened the bulgogi first then the kalbi. To my surprise there is no Kalbi in the plate!! Just got my vegetables. Lol. So, I call and tell the lady and I ask for a refund but didn't have time to go down that same day. I ask what her name is and she says she doesn't want to give it to me but she remembers me. Ok. Different. Next day I go down and she gives me a refund. No apologies no smiles. Well that's the last time I go to eat there. Btw, the food was equivalent to her personality."
