Terrible service. The Asian lady who is usually the cashier/making sides is so rude and does not even try to hide that she's angry. Food is okay but the service sucks

Really rude Asian lady taking orders in the front...I'm really surprised nobody slapped the taste out of that bitches mouth yet...She needs to be behind the scene and away from the public!!!

Clean, quick service, and a fresh selection. My favorite dish was the Spicy BBQ Pork, but I was really disappointed to find that the recipe has changed—perhaps they added vinegar? Looks like I’ll have to find a new favorite! I didn't take any pictures because I finished everything! View menu

Wish I could leave a zero but can't..The Asian lady taking our order snatched my card out my hand and shoved it in the chip reader, than hollered about which vegetables we wanted as if she was scolding us for being there..her attitude sucks and I almost told her to f off but I was taught never to talk back to the kitchen help for fear of them doing ratchet s to our food...never again will we eat there.such terrible service!!

We went there to try the food before it closes Building to be demolishes in the near future My wife and I had the Bi Bim Kook Soo. The portion of bbq meat you get in top of the noodles was plentiful. Too bad that was only thing in the plate lunch we enjoyed. The vegetables were bland. The same for the sauce on the noodles. The lady that took our order maybe the owner was yelling at the kitchen help. She was also rude to my wife. Won't be back.

This restaurant has always offered the best Korean food, even before Covid-19, dating back to 2017. However, my recent experience a couple of months ago highlighted a persistent issue: the employees consistently have poor attitudes. To the owners and management, please consider retaining your staff—many of them seem disinterested in their work. Remember, if you want to attract more customers, good food alone isn't enough anymore. Excellent service is just as important! View menu

First time here located outside of the Ohana market place the old McDonald location . I ordered there value special $12.99 a choice of chicken Katsu, Teri beef, BBQ chicken , meat jun and 1 scoop rice and 2 side vegetables plus 4 Fried mandoo and a drink. What a deal I ordered the Teri beef w/ shoyu potato and Kim Chee. It was very filling hard to go back to work . Like locals call it Kanak Attack. Pretty good selection on bachan only take out right now due to Covid19. Support local and be safe

I walked into the restaurant to grab some dinner with my service dog. A Korean woman yelled at me, saying, "No dogs allowed!" I politely explained that my dog is a service animal. Instead of being understanding, she gave me a cold stare and seemed unwilling to assist me. Frustrated, I decided to leave and told her, "It's fine, you don't deserve my business." I dislike leaving negative reviews, but the lack of professionalism and customer service was disappointing. I cannot recommend this establishment, and I believe the owner should familiarize themselves with ADA guidelines.

Can't even begin to say what a bad experience I had here. To begin with when you enter an establishment you're usually greeted with a smile and a hello. None of that happened. I ordered a mini bulgogi and a mini kalbi plate. The cook in the back came out and had a smile on her face and I thought, at least she's happy. We got our sides which I had to say didn't look very Korean to me but we don't assume a thing. So I get chap chae, cucumber kim chee and chap chae and corn for the other. Got home and was ready to eat. Opened the bulgogi first then the kalbi. To my surprise there is no Kalbi in the plate!! Just got my vegetables. Lol.
