We ordered two large pretzels and three cups of nuggets, yet everything we received was overcooked and lacking in flavor. When I placed the order, I specifically asked for two cups of nuggets, but the cashier only provided one. When I asked about the second cup, she informed me that they were out of them. It was frustrating that she didn’t mention this when I was placing my order and instead ignored my question twice. Aunt Annie's, please ensure that your staff is well-trained in taking orders and preparing food properly. Both the service and the pretzels left a lot to be desired."
