"I have to agree with the previous reviews regarding customer service. The several times we’ve been here, the kids at the register are very uninviting and unprofessional. Today I walked up (only customer at the time) and the girl behind the counter approached the counter, but never looked up and finished typing on her phone. I stood there until she finished, to which she just put her phone down and looked at me. No greeting. When I told her I wanted a #5… her response was “from what?” so my obvious answer was “from the menu”. While I waited for my food order, she never made the boba tea that I had ordered too (but she did get back to that phone). After I got my food I asked if they made the tea. She obviously forgot because she started to make it. I understand that personal things happen and sometimes you need to use your phone at work, we have all been there, but this isn’t the first time which is why I am writing this review. I gave 3 stars because the boba really is the best in town, the food was good today and the place is super cute. I hope they tackle the customer service issue and make this place as good as it could be because it has so much potential!"
