"Pros: music, love the live band. Not pros, or semi pros, but decent.Neutral: the look, was mediocre at best. Definitely don't have to dress fancy, or even dress up. Place is more loose than anything else. But not bad.Bad: we get there around 7pmish on a Friday, the place has almost no patrons and they ask us if we have reservations. We say no and they sit us down after a few minutes. Spicing up the emotion and pretending to move things around for us was annoying.Took about 45 minutes to finally get a server to come to us. Only to find out the server that was messing around and talking the entire time to her co-workers was our server. We ordered our drinks and it took another 30 minutes to get those. The drinks were not bad and might have gotten more if it didn't take another 30 minutes to get our servers attention. She's talking with coworkers and pretending to look busy the entire time.Close to 10 we finally paid for the 3 drinks which came to around 80 dollars. Not worth 80 dollars but I was happy to get out of there after 3 hours of waiting around.Auto tip is included in your bill whether you had good or bad service and they still have the audacity to ask for a complimentary tip. On top of the one they force on you.Lastly, they made a fuss about us not having reservations. We were there for about three hours. There were maybe 8 people to begin with at 7pm. Towards 10 pm, there were 17 people giving or taking a few patrons. The place could easily hold two to three times the amount of people.Enter at your own risk."

"I love my new home in south beach! this is a very special hotel from design to personal. the entire property is in untouched condition, and my room, a classic terrace (king was immaculate inside and outside and very well equipped. let me also add that I have read most negative reviews of this hotel before my arrival, and everyone is inaccurate and does not reflect the actual conditions of this hotel or any behavior. they were probably written by guests who simply wanted to complain or wanted to chat. everything about this hotel is perfect, and I am a perfectionist and immediately remember all mistakes where I go. this property is excellent! my only suggestions would be to offer free water when shutting down and not to charge for more than 2 Illy pods, especially as this hotel calculates a tourist tax. in any case, these suggestions are not very important to me in view of the entire service of the hotel. the personal makes this hotel truly spectacular. alex, the hotel manager, is really a jewel! she always has a big smile on her face and is ready to help in every way she can. She is the driving force of this hotel and her excellent work must be recognized first line. very special thanks to the rest of the team, especially jimmy (director for operations, nicole (assistant front office manager also really a jewel [they and alex make a great team], mike (director for engineering, barnaby (engineer , felipe lobby (engineer , belkis (director for housekeeping , ivana (guest service agent , kevin) I regularly stayed in so"

"Absolutely FANTASTIC food. As a non vegan (but considering it) I took the family for lunch. In other reviews it mentions the menu being overwhelming and it is, but I see that as a good thing. TONS of choices and the flavors are amazing. The staff is super knowledgable and has great customer service. They are clearly used to first time customers and walking them through all the options. I will say the bill can quickly get pricy so be mindful of the add-ons and up-sell (styles, buns, and sides can get fast if you are not aware) however I would not hold back on them. While we went overboard for our first visit they are affordable if you are mindful. We all had the cheese fries and I have to say it was really impressive cheese sauce. We have had to experiment at home a-lot to get it right and have never found a restaurant that came close until today. It tasted like our home made recipe. My daughter had the Mex bowl that was packed with flavor. I had the chick'n burger and was amazed at the texture and taste. My wife chose the house made veggie burger and while the texture was not a match for the impossible or beyond burger the taste and the fact that it is fresh made easily made up for the subtle difference in texture. All of us really enjoyed the food and left as full as can be. I definitely recommend you go and dive into the menu. Hope you enjoy."
