the best pancakes in the city! I am addicted and believe it or not, the calal salad is also really good. if you want to go to a healthier one. but get the pancake; and btw serve the same fried chicken of blue ribbon. double yummy

The pancakes were nice, but the service AWFUL! Took forever for our coffee to arrive, and then another forever for the food to arrive. They didn’t remove anything from our table we had to put all dirty dishes in another table. Just come for the pancakes and don’t expect good service View menu

We went to brunch in the morning after our wedding with the families of the bride and the bridegroom. The service was TERRIBLE. The waiter was slow, gave orders for food and beverages and in total little attention. While the food was delicious and it had a nice ambience, I would NOT recommend based on the service.

After our wedding, we decided to have brunch the next morning with our families. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by terrible service. The waiter was slow, kept forgetting our food and drink orders, and seemed inattentive overall. Despite the tasty food and pleasant ambiance, I would not recommend this restaurant due to the poor service.

The food is phenomenal. I would have gladly paid the extra price for a full serving of mahi on my grilled mahi avocado sandwich. Half of it was just avocado...but still good. The risque margarita...wow...if spicy isn't your thing, do not order this drink. It's refreshingly dangerous. 3 stars because one of the 2 hosts was quite forgetful. Upon entering the restaurant, we were not greeted by a host or hostess and had to ask the rude bartender where to sit. We were simply told we could sit anywhere. The restaurant appeared aged and many items on the brunch menu were unavailable. Despite Chicken and Waffles being a highlighted dish, there was no chicken available. The guacamole was unsalvageable, even after adding salt in an attempt to enhance the flavor.

The Plymouth Grill, located in the Plymouth Hotel, is a nice luxury hotel that is well-maintained. Unfortunately, the service at Plymouth Grill was practically non-existent. Despite making a reservation for lunch, I struggled to get the attention of any staff upon arrival. Eventually, a server directed me to a table but failed to provide any further assistance. I ordered a Mahi sandwich with fries, but was informed they had run out of ginger ale and never received the lemonade I requested. Although the food was tasty, I had actually ordered a salad instead of fries, which never arrived. Feeling hungry and not wanting to cause a scene, I decided to accept the mistake. I love my new home in south beach! this is a very special hotel from design to personal. the entire property is in untouched condition, and my room, a classic terrace (king was immaculate inside and outside and very well equipped. let me also add that I have read most negative reviews of this hotel before my arrival, and everyone is inaccurate and does not reflect the actual conditions of this hotel or any behavior. they were probably written by guests who simply wanted to complain or wanted to chat. everything about this hotel is perfect, and I am a perfectionist and immediately remember all mistakes where I go. this property is excellent! my only suggestions would be to offer free water wh...
