"I think the restaurant needs to regroup and update the experience they provide. Everything was unorganized and felt outdated and hectic. There was a table at the very front, in the lobby, with condiments and spare flatware piled up—like someone’s parents’ messy kitchen. We waited for shapely ever for someone to take our drink order or at least bring us water and I finally had to beg a server to bring us water. The chef was fine, but maybe phoned it in a little. The ventilation sucked—we waited at the table for over an hour before our orders were taken and meal prep began and our eyes were miserable from the heat and smoke. I’ve been to this restaurant and their other location many times—it just seems like they’ve lost touch and have forgotten to try to deliver a great dining experience."

"Masala Wok is a wonderful spot for Indian and Indo-Chinese cuisine. My child absolutely enjoys the food. However, for my Indian tastes, I find the paneer naan rolls to be a bit bland. I really hope they introduce a spicier option. The Hakka noodles with paneer are fantastic, much like most of their other dishes. As for vegetarian options, they can prepare noodles, naan wraps, and almost everything else with paneer."

"I really enjoy the pad thai here, and the portion sizes are quite generous. However, tonight I decided to try two other dishes and was disappointed. They were both quite small, and I was shocked by how little food was in the container! For $11.50, the meal didn’t even fill the bottom of the container and it was watery as well. I’ll definitely stick with the pad thai, but I won’t be trying anything else again. On top of that, the lady at the counter was not very friendly when I picked up my order."
