"I was disappointed this time because the experience wasn't as good as it used to be. I often visited for a light late-night dinner, but when I went in tonight, the usual friendly older ladies were gone. They were always cheerful and welcoming. Instead, two young girls were working, and their demeanor wasn't as warm. The girl making my sandwich struggled with English and repeatedly got my order wrong. For instance, I explicitly said I didn’t want it toasted, but she put it in the toaster anyway after I told her no. When I asked for mayo and mustard, she insisted there was no mustard. When I got home and took a bite of my sandwich, the mustard and mayo exploded everywhere, and I barely had any veggies. It looked like she used an entire bottle of mayo and mustard. It's hard to believe I had to be so watchful over a simple sandwich. This was the worst experience I've had, and I really wish they'd bring back the two lovely ladies who took pride in their work. It's such a letdown."
