"Really wanted to like this place. I guess if you are a regular, you get better service. Stopped in for breakfast and the hostess was on the phone. No acknowledgement that we were there...hold up a finger or wave or something. Finally got done and I said 2 please. She looked at me like I had asked for her first born child. We were seated but the server was having an extended conversation with the couple at another table--not about the menu, just chitchat! Then she finally took their order and came by our table, I 'll be right with you. Should have taken the hint and left! Stuck it out though. DH got eggs, cottage fries, and bacon with pancakes. I got a waffle with strawberries. When the food came out, everything looked ok but you can 't judge temperature by looking. Waffle was tepid and had 4 strawberries on it. You pay extra for the fruit but you don 't get enough to justify the upcharge. Butter would not melt on the waffle or pancakes. To top it off, their coffee is bitter. Won 't go here again."
