"Ordered Caesar salads with grilled chicken. The chicken was cooked but not grilled and cold. Sent the chicken back and just didn 't want to be charged the extra for the grilled chicken. So while i was writing the first part, the manager literally just came by and escalated the issue by arguing about the grilled chicken. We said it wasn 't grilled just cooked chicken. She said, I 'm the manager so I know what grilled chicken looks like. We repeated the chicken was not grilled, as it was white as snow, and just didn 't want to charge for it. She then acted like I just insulted her and said okay well you don 't have to get an attitude. When she walked away, I returned to talking to my husband and she had the nerve to turn around and rudely insert herself by saying what was that? As if I was talking to her, I responded by saying I 'm not talking to you, bye-bye. The server was great though. Super helpful and tried to fix things. I don 't know why the manager had to make an issue when we didn 't eat the chicken and sent it back. The manager 's name was Kimberly as she never introduced herself."
