When we raised these concerns with management, the response was disheartening; we were simply told that we could leave early if we wished. Instead of addressing our issues, we received a dismissive reply stating, "You knew the price when you booked." There was no apology or attempt to enhance our experience.
If you need room repairs, be prepared to call the front desk multiple times and wait up to two hours for any assistance. Ultimately, we decided to leave after less than 24 hours. The only positive aspect of our stay was the breathtaking view of the expansive grassland and the minimalist furniture.
