"My daughter chose a pop it cake from her Facebook page that she wanted for her 9th birthday. On 22 January 2022 I went to the bakery personally to order the cake. Showing the photo, told them I needed it in number 9 and would pick up ip Saturday 19. February 2022. The cake costs $90 four times the amount we've ever paid for a kid's birthday cake. I'm going to bakery on 2/19/22 to pick up the cake. The owner, Rudy, waited for me. He brought me the cake and it didn't look like the photo. My child's party was the same day. Rudy asked how he could fix it. I was in such a shock that I said there was no time the party is today. He offered to refund the decoration fee. I asked what that was and he said $15 for the fundant, but he let me know quickly that I had ordered a $75 cake. I asked if they could tell me what happened exactly, and he replied that one of his earlier bakers made the cake I shot the screen and that the family that ordered it provided the pop to him as a mold. I ordered this cake almost 4 weeks in advance. If he knew that the baker no longer worked there, he would not have accepted this order. But he did. If they don't have the Pope used for mold, everything they had to do was pick up the phone and call me. I would have to use them 20 different shapes and sizes of Pop his. Nothing happened. Instead, I was told they had to work on our communication. Really? You ruined my daughters for the 9th birthday. The cake was so terrible that every child took a bite and would not eat anymore. The cake was rocky and dry and was literally unusable. We threw the whole thing away. I don't know how this bakery is in business. I will never use them again, nor will I ever recommend them."
