"My daughter chose a pop it cake from her Facebook page that she wanted for her 9th birthday. On 22 January 2022 I went to the bakery personally to order the cake. Showing the photo, told them I needed it in number 9 and would pick up ip Saturday 19. February 2022. The cake costs $90 four times the amount we've ever paid for a kid's birthday cake. I'm going to bakery on 2/19/22 to pick up the cake. The owner, Rudy, waited for me. He brought me the cake and it didn't look like the photo. My child's party was the same day. Rudy asked how he could fix it. I was in such a shock that I said there was no time the party is today. He offered to refund the decoration fee. I asked what that was and he said $15 for the fundant, but he let me know quickly that I had ordered a $75 cake. I asked if they could tell me what happened exactly, and he replied that one of his earlier bakers made the cake I shot the screen and that the family that ordered it provided the pop to him as a mold. I ordered this cake almost 4 weeks in advance. If he knew that the baker no longer worked there, he would not have accepted this order. But he did. If they don't have the Pope used for mold, everything they had to do was pick up the phone and call me. I would have to use them 20 different shapes and sizes of Pop his. Nothing happened. Instead, I was told they had to work on our communication. Really? You ruined my daughters for the 9th birthday. The cake was so terrible that every child took a bite and would not eat anymore. The cake was rocky and dry and was literally unusable. We threw the whole thing away. I don't know how this bakery is in business. I will never use them again, nor will I ever recommend them."

Friendly service on the phone. I called a day ahead and they had a tasting box for wedding cupcakes ready the next morning. You can also make good gluten-free cakes.

Wife stopped in to get me a birthday cake. Mostly pre order though they had a carrot cake which wouldn’t typically be a first choice. It was amazing. Highly recommend

Lost my birthday cake order, even after my husband paid. When my husband called to pick it up and they had no idea, they just made a late cake, and didn't offer a discount for their mess up. There's plenty of other delicious cake places out there, we'll be trying another View menu

Love this place. We ordered birthday cake from here and I enjoyed every bite of it. Yesterday i was craving for cake so much and stopped by daddy cake bakery, tried their cheesecake slice it was spectacular, the taste was no fresh and felt amazing.Also got this mini chocolate cake- love love love it ?

First the service was super pleasant. The girls were nice and it was clean and adorable inside. Unfortunately, these are the worst cupcakes I've ever had. They must be at least a few days old. They were *hard*. The frosting was grainy. It's my birthday and I was going to buy a whole cake, but glad they were out as these are going straight in the bin.

100% homemade! I just ordered a cake for my daughter's 4th birthday. We have chocolate cake with chocolate goose. It was decorated like a rainbow Kitty:) The amazing part is that I could eat a whole piece without problems. I can't eat cake for years (if I don't make it at home from scratch) because I'm allergic to something. This cake was fantastic and definitely junk free frosting and all! View menu

we only have a cake for my daughter's 4th birthday. it looked amazing and so often look and taste not aligning. but here we both have! the reason why I have titled this 100% homemade is that I haven't been in a position for years, every piece of cake, unless I make it from the ground up. with cookies. I am allergic to something in commercial baked goods. I could eat a whole piece of this cake and enjoyed every bite! so amazing! we had chocolate cakes decorated with chocolate gooseache as a kitty. wow!

If I could pick 0 stars I would. I had called and scheduled a wedding cake tasting/consultation for 9:00am on a Saturday. I gave them my CC info for the $15 deposit. The appointment somehow got changed to 8:00am per the text confirmation I received and 3 days prior to my appointment they text me cancelling my appointment and sent me an email stating they had a scheduling conflict. They weren't even professional enough to call me and let me know about this issue and to try and reschedule it or anything. I am extremely disappointed in this company and will no longer being doing business with them in the future. You should be ashamed in yourselves and your professionalism.
