"I bought a coupon book from the mall which also included free kids meal coupon in the Rainforest cafe. After we had our dinner, restaurant manager Brandon declined our coupon in a deragotary way and said I don 't accept your coupon . When I asked why, she/he said I don 't care about the mall 's coupon, I don 't have to accept it. I can do whatever I want. It was such a disgusting experience. This happened in front of the customers and I felt very bad. From her/his attitude I think that was how she/he treated all the other customers. How is this possible? I have never seen anything like this before!"
