"Had a late lunch here the day after Christmas. An hour and 15 minute wait at 1:00 pm for a table but it was mainly due to staffing issues they said so I understand. The food was good- bbq cheeseburger was huge and fries were fresh. Taco salad was good, the beef on it was cold though and the tortilla chips were a bit stale and sparse. I went there on a Wednesday. They were probably understaffed. I waited a while to get my food. Staff was nice though did there best. My dinner alone cost $31 for seafood plate. Food taste ok. I wouldn't go back. I just went there for the experience.

The food was good. A little over-priced for what it is. I ordered a burger which was better than it usually is. Food is a 4, and the service was 3 at most. It's a fun cool place for kids. We'd probably come back when we're in the area again because it's fun and conveniently close to GWL but not our favorite. View menu

I am sorry, teeny bopper music playing where rainforest sounds used to fill the restaurant broken by intermittent thunderstorms. Just not the same place anymore and too expensive for the environment provided now. All the animated jungle animals are gone and the crocodile outside no longer makes any sound. Used to be worth it, not sure any more.

Loved the environment because it is such an original idea but service and food was just so awful. Our server was being rude to my friend because she ordered off the kids menu because none of the food on their “adult” menu was sounding good. Our server was absent for most of the time and never came to check on us. Even after handing us the box’s she never came back to drop the check but she did give us a dirty to go box with food on it.
