"I came with a group of ten and was happy to get a reservation that large at the last minute on a Sunday. I ordered the chicken mole enchiladas, which were solid in themselves, although the rice was ever so slightly dry for me and the beans were pretty tasteless, alas. I enjoyed the Agua de Jamaica and found that they have a pretty good beverage menu. Unlike some places nearby, the chips and salsa are both very good. However, the tres leches cake was dry--not terrible, but dry, which is unfortunate. It's one of the few dishes where you want them to make it the day before so the milks can absorb into the sponge cake. All that said, our server was friendly and we had great conversation. On the whole, I'm not running back to Olé but would choose it over some other places."

"The freshly made guacamole was excellent, we loved it so much we ordered another round! The carne asada was a bit dry, but still tasty. The portions seemed smaller than I remembered from my last visit before the pandemic. The restaurant has a casual vibe with a walk-up counter and a billboard menu. It was a birthday celebration, but we weren't offered a dessert. Despite these minor issues, I would still go back as it's a nice place to dine."

"The food at this restaurant was delicious! They roast the vegetables before making the salsa, which adds a unique and tasty flavor. The guacamole was also a hit with us. We enjoyed the guacamole and salsa so much that we were quite full by the time our tacos arrived, but it worked out nicely for a treat the next day. Eating outside with the gate surrounding the area and the string lights added a cozy atmosphere, making us forget we were actually in a parking lot. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring our water glasses were always full and our needs were met. I highly recommend Ole and am looking forward to returning!"

"Extremely over priced for average food. The staff is also very rigid and rude. I had requested the waiter to ask the chef if he can swap out zucchini for tacos that had peppers in them, and he said no right off the bat without even checking with the chef first. My boyfriend ordered a coke which was $4 for half a can and a ton of ice, and when we asked the waiter why the quantity was so low, his only response was “that’s just how it is.” The waiter was very rude, food mediocre, and very over pric … – show"

"I've been here many times. The service is wonderful. When Paulie is tending bar, you never want to leave because the drinks are works of art. But when he isn't the drinks are so-so. Rebecca is charming, welcoming, attentive and gracious. Now for the downside. The appetizers are absolutely delicious but expensive for a tiny portion. The large plates are sort of hit and miss. The preparation of the main entree can be Interesting but the side dishes are extremely mediocre. Sadly the last time my husband and I were there the rice was inedible, the beans were bland and the tostones were like stones. I'm not giving up on this place because it has been wonderful. So maybe it's just going through a little rough patch."

"Waiters were a bit confused but the manager (I can't recall...Victor? was AWESOME. He checked in on us, we learned about his country, his career, family and he poured us some champagne just for supporting the new local spot. The ambience actually reminds me upscale dining in Tulum. Drinks were fantastic, Guacamole was just ok but the mole, branzino, queso were delicious! My husband and I can't wait to go back for HH just to chat with the manager again, he truly represents hospitality!"

"Really liked this place the second time around. We ate inside and the decor is gorgeous. Service is really good and quick, and the staff is incredibly nice. Our waiter Mark was great, super friendly. We had the guac and chips and ceviche Frida as an appetizer. Both very good. For entrees, I believe my mom had the Frida salad (technically an appetizer , and my dad got the Mar y Tierra tacos (filet Mignon and shrimp . They shared tuna tostaditas. I got the salmon limeño. To drink, we had a Paloma, red sangria, and the Magdalena. All were good, especially the Magdalena! The salmon I got was just okay (not as flavorful as the other items but definitely not bad and the mashed potatoes and asparagus it came with were yummy. Overall, very happy with the experience and my parents LOVED it. So glad I got to take them here :"

"On our next visit, we ordered the queso fundido, which was decent, but the tortillas were fantastic. We also had an excellent sweet potato dish and a flower cauliflower dish that was equally impressive. I was thoroughly impressed, especially since I can be a picky eater. The portions are generous enough to share. As for the steak, it was very good, but one of my friends ordered the pork, which I plan to try next time. Again, the portions are ample for sharing. I know this restaurant can be a bit pricey, but they really make use of ingredients like sweet potatoes and cauliflower. Honestly, spending fifty dollars for a large, delicious steak is standard at most restaurants, and here the portions are more than enough to share. I highly recommend giving this place a chance. The food is really good, unique, and the ambiance in Silverado is wonderful. You can't ask for more than that!"
