"I recently dined at this establishment on a Saturday evening when they featured live saxophone music. The saxophonist, Glebe, was incredible and truly enhanced the ambiance of the place. The food was delicious, and the bartender provided excellent service throughout the evening.
However, one aspect of my experience was disappointing: the service from one particular waitress. While I enjoyed the saxophone music and overall atmosphere, my experience was somewhat overshadowed by her inattentiveness. I found myself waiting over 15 minutes without any interaction from her, which was quite frustrating given how well everything else was going.
I hope management takes note of this review and addresses the issue with this waitress. It's essential for them to improve service quality so that future guests do not face similar challenges. In a customer-focused business, friendly and attentive service is vital for creating a positive dining experience.
Despite this negative aspect, I still appreciated the talented saxophonist and the wonderful food. Overall, it was a mixed experience. I look forward to returning for the great entertainment and food, but I sincerely hope to have a better experience with service next time."
