"This was a great experience! We really enjoyed the food and the ambience. A very nice place! You can dress it up or go more casual but I wouldn't dress down, it does seem more upscale than that. Some of the best pancakes I have ever had! Crispy and fluffy YUM!! We were told that they were going to call us when our table was ready but that didn't happen, it's ok a small snafu... the one thing that did bother me were the drinks. I ordered a cinnamon toast crunch drink, it came out with A TON of ice in a small glass filled half with whipped cream! An $18 glass of ice and whipped cream? This should have been made martini style. Other than that, we loved it and will be back. Make a reservation if you're thinking about it!"

It was absolutely outstanding. I haven't enjoyed a brunch this fantastic, accompanied by such attentive service, in a long time.

The decor may be a bit over the top with all the gold, but it's cute and the breakfast is fantastic. I also appreciated having a stool next to my chair for my bag.

The decor is a bit over-the-top with all the gold, but it's charming and the breakfasts are fantastic. I also appreciated the stools next to my chair for my purse. Such a nice touch!

Nice to be able to eat a late breakfast and also have lunch options available! Very friendly service nice to see everyone making an effort to keep things clean! People were wiping down the drawers, the menus, had hand sanitizer readily available. Burger was great! View menu

The garden is absolutely stunning, located just at the top of the stairs when you enter Encore. It allows in plenty of natural light. We went for brunch, which was fantastic. The service, provided by Latoya, was exceptional! While the prices were a little on the high side, it was a delicious treat after a night out.

The Garden is truly beautiful and greets you with an open space at the top of the stairs as you enter Encore. There's an abundance of natural light in the area. We visited for brunch, and the food was excellent. The service was exceptional—shoutout to Latoya for being fantastic! Although the prices were a bit on the higher side, it felt like a nice treat after a night out.

"I’ve ordered pizza here about 3 times. That’s 3 times too many. After the first time, I thought I’d give them another chance. About a year or so later, I thought to myself, okay, one last chance. But they’ve never lived up to even the least of my expectations. The pizza is okay, but not worth the prices they charge; I’d give it 3 out of 5 stars, but the service….. if negative stars were available, I’d give it 5. And whoever the older, heavier, bald, gray bearded man is, well, I suggest he just retire or find a different day job that isn’t associated with customers. First, they don’t greet customers when one walks in the door. Not even a smile. Next, when they rang up my take out order and I placed my credit card into the machine, he pressed the button for the next screen and TOLD me, “Add a tip.” Most places let you know that IF YOU WISH to add a tip, that’s the place to do it. And then when his machine stalled, he exasperatedly rolled his eyes, huffed and then told me he was going to have to start all over, as if it were my fault his machine was acting up. And once again TOLD me to add a tip. I thanked him for the pizza… and he didn’t even acknowledge it. He didn’t thank me for my business, for coming in, for not cr*pping the floor. Nothing. In hindsight, this is the tip I would’ve given him (with a smile, of course): Do the world a favor Pull your lower lip over your head and swallow. And have a nice day! To pizza lovers in Everett: Save yourself the disappointment. Brooklyn Bros Pizza is much, much better! Major League Pizza doesn’t deserve anyone’s hard earned money."
