"My family and I arrived at 8:58, just before the restaurant closed at 9:00pm. We noticed there were still pretzels inside the warmer, so I told the staff we would buy whatever was available. As we walked in, a cute girl helped others but not us. I saw a picture I posted showing many pretzels still in the heater. I asked if they would sell us anything, but was told they were going to throw away the pretzels. The staff said they didn't need our money as they make plenty. It seemed the store makes a lot of money and only cares about white customers. The staff was racist, rude, and acted like they owned the place. It was financially stupid not to sell available items, especially in this economy. The door was still open despite the restaurant being closed. I hope the staff member gets fired. They also had a visible hickey on their neck, which was not professional. Despite the poor customer service, Annie's Pretzels always have delicious pretzels."
