"On a different note, I took a chance and ordered the falafel plate with a small fountain drink. Unfortunately, I found a hair in the hummus after I had eaten about two-thirds of the plate. Additionally, the sauce that came with the falafels tasted off, and the falafels themselves were overcooked.
When I pointed out the hair, the staff member was quick to offer a remedy. I felt it was only fair to request either a refund or a remake of the dish. Ultimately, I chose a $4 refund on my $14 meal since I had already consumed most of it. I appreciate supporting local businesses, and the staff member had a very warm and inviting attitude.
While the falafel plate was disappointing, the loaded potatoes looked amazing, so I recommend sticking with those for now. I’ll definitely give one a try during my next visit!"
