"As someone who relies on reviews to make decisions, I was hopefully about this place. But it was BAD. I’ve eaten countless bowls of Pho and this broth was by far the worst I’ve had. It had no flavor, none of the infamous pho spices or aromatics, and was genuinely so lackluster I had to drown it in hoisin sauce (there was no soy sauce offered to us? just to be able to eat it and not waste it. Like the flavor, the service was also nonexistent. Staff was sitting at tables on their phones, completely ignoring us. They were short and clipped when interacting with us, were not pleasant in the least, and we had to wait for a while just to get them to acknowledge us so we could pay our bill and finally leave. I would advise against believing the good reviews and go elsewhere."
