"I absolutely loved this restaurant! From the moment you step inside Blossom, the atmosphere is incredibly serene. The soothing music creates a relaxing environment, and the tables are arranged so that you can enjoy your meal in privacy without feeling cut off from others. As a vegetarian, I often struggle to find places that serve enjoyable imitation meat, but this place exceeded my expectations. The chicken pho was perfect for a fall evening, and unlike many other places, the broth was not just basic vegetable stock; it was rich and flavorful with a delightful emphasis on black pepper. The only thing I found a bit too strong for my taste was the jasmine tea. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!"

The vegetarian and vegan dishes are fantastic, and the service is friendly and attentive. Be sure to try the eggplant hotpot!

The ambiance of the restaurant was pleasant, but the six dishes we ordered with friends felt quite repetitive. They all had slight variations of the same flavor profile. View menu

The food was very healthy and very good for being vegetarian. I was pleasantly surprised. I especially like the outdoor seating at the back patio as it felt like a nice little private sanctuary. Will definitely be back again the next time I feel like my body needs vegetable nourishment and when I need to take a break from proteins. Vegetarian options: They have such a large variety of vegetarian options that you have a variety of choices to pick from so it never gets boring. It's amazing the menu they have come up with. Loved the purple rice by the way.

Two stars for the nice outdoor space and all the lovely plants they have got. Other than that, the food was below average. I have been raised as a vegetarian, and can cook fairly well. It is not so hard to cook vegetarian food which also tastes good. I have a huge problem with vegetarian food that has to look like meat....why??!! But that's another story. We were a group of four and ordered a few things from the menu, but none of us liked the food at all. No flavor, taste, presentation etc. PS: first restaurant where you need to pay for rice, that should come with a main dish. Too cheap for such a pricey food. View menu

When the food arrived, I noticed both dishes were loaded with an abundance of chicken slices—seriously, there was a lot of chicken, almost like the restaurant had a surplus they were trying to get rid of. The pho was just okay; it didn't quite measure up to what I've had at other places. It had a lot of add-ins like bok choy, broccoli, and mushrooms, but overall, it felt lacking. The chicken fried rice was cooked quickly, but it didn't last long on the table—maybe about five minutes before it was gone. Unfortunately, the chicken in the fried rice was pretty dry. In total, the meal cost $35 for both dishes, and honestly, I don't think it was worth the price.

I was puzzled as to why the sauce was stuck at the bottom of the takeout box. When I mixed it in with the rest of the ingredients, there simply wasn't enough to enhance the flavor of my meal. The only dish I enjoyed was the Huế Spicy Beef Noodle Soup, but even that suffered from tough textures in the sliced beef, tofu, ham, and mushrooms, which all tasted rubbery and lacked freshness. Moreover, the service left much to be desired; none of the staff were welcoming or friendly. Based on my experience, I definitely will not be returning. I really don’t understand how some people are giving this place good ratings, as my visit warrants nothing higher than one star.

"Let me start by stating that I don’t do online reviews, I’m way to lazy. But after my last experience here, I felt absolutely compelled to make sure this place got the recognition it deserves. My girlfriend and I have gone there twice in the past week. Our first time there, we had such a pleasant time. The food was fantastic! We had gotten the braised beef soup, pork soup dumplings, tofu puff and glass noodle soup, then the pork and veggie steam buns. At first I was apprehensive about the cost, roughly 10-14 per dish. But after we got our food, my worries diminished. Everything was absolutely delicious! The braised beef soup was the definition of “to die for”. Enough so that it brought us back again at the end of the week! This time was not as good, it was phenomenally better!!! My girlfriend and I both got the braised beef soup this time, after last time being so incredible. We were not disappointed! It was heavenly! Though the food was the reason we came back, our server is the inspiration for this review(not to belittle the other employees . Our servers name was Jun. Within moments of being seated, he arrived with a smile on his face and took our drink order. After returning with our drinks, he helped us make our minds up on what side to order. This time, in tandem with the two braised beef soups, we got the pork chop fried rice(w/ white rice). The pork chop fried rice was ridiculously good. We could not get over how delicious the pork chop was! Then he made some small talk and made us feel more immersed in our dinning experience. We were enjoying not only the food, but the environment almost as much. He wasn’t overly talkative, but just the right amount to make our experience feel important, and unique. Nearing the end of our second trip there, we found ourselves not just talking about how outrageously good our food was, but how friendly and attentive our server was. From the fast meet and greet, to the way he always made sure our drinks were full, without us asking. Which seems like an easy task, but in combination with the huge amount of customers, and my ability to consume copious amounts of beverages(almost to an embarrassing extent), it’s often a servers nightmare. If there’s anything that can ruin an experience, it’s constantly having to wait for a drink refill(which for me seems to always be a problem), but not once was I left with that frustration. At the end of it all, it left us with such a strong positive impression, that we feel that Din Tai Fung will easily be one of our regular go to destinations for amazing food, and exceptional customer service. Thank you so much Jun for the incredible experience, you truly made our night memorable! We will be returning soon!!!"
