"The girl at the counter went into the back and handed a sandwich to a customer who ordered after me, and then he just walked out. The manager then yelled at her, saying she needed to make sure all orders were complete before serving. She rushed outside after the customer. The girl at the counter turned to me and said they were just finishing up my sandwich. A moment later, the manager came back in and handed me my sandwich, insisting that the other guy hadn't touched it.
I was completely shocked. I took my sandwich and left, but let me give some advice to the staff: own up to your mistakes and don’t lie to the customers. I took one look at my sandwich and immediately threw it away. Not only was it incorrect, but there was hardly any chicken, and it had clearly been handled by someone else before it reached me. It was disgusting."
