"The girl at the counter went into the back and handed a sandwich to a customer who ordered after me, and then he just walked out. The manager then yelled at her, saying she needed to make sure all orders were complete before serving. She rushed outside after the customer. The girl at the counter turned to me and said they were just finishing up my sandwich. A moment later, the manager came back in and handed me my sandwich, insisting that the other guy hadn't touched it. I was completely shocked. I took my sandwich and left, but let me give some advice to the staff: own up to your mistakes and don’t lie to the customers. I took one look at my sandwich and immediately threw it away. Not only was it incorrect, but there was hardly any chicken, and it had clearly been handled by someone else before it reached me. It was disgusting."

Can't believe this is one of the top rated delivery places in the area. I'll start with the positives The calzones and pizza were okay.

Rogan's Corner was one of the first pizzerias in the country to implement recycling, doing so 30 years ago. That's impressive! On top of that, the pizza is delicious. View menu

The service was terrible, and the quality and portion sizes were quite disappointing. I ordered a BLT sub and was shocked to find just one slice of bacon on each half. What's going on with that?

I assure you, they will likely forget your order, and you'll end up having to approach them a second time to request your meal. The wait time for anything other than pizza is usually around 20 to 30 minutes at a minimum.

I ordered a calzone during my lunch break, with a pickup time of 12:42. I arrived at 12:43. I hurried back to work to eat it, only to find it was cold and soggy, and it didn’t come with any marinara sauce. The mushrooms tasted like peppers, and there was some strange sauce inside. I won't be going back! View menu

Unfortunately this one-decent place has been reduced to complete guff under the ownership of Dandy Mart . My understanding is that most or all of the previous staff quit during the sell-out, and now we have unpleasant, untrained, incompetent people working there. Lines are long and equipment malfunctioning, my last three orders there have been incorrect or just disgusting, on and on. Stay away.

We stopped dining at Rogan's a couple of years ago because of inconsistent quality and poor customer service. We decided to give it another chance today, but unfortunately, we were let down once more. We ordered two sandwiches from their menu, and both were missing several ingredients. When I inquired about the sauce and the missing peppers in my sandwich, the response was rather indifferent. Although I did receive the sauce, the peppers never arrived, so we ended up leaving. My husband's sandwich was also missing cheese, but he felt it wasn't worth the trouble to go back inside for it.

"My girlfriend and I decided to take a romantic getaway on the finger lakes and our drive had us passing through Ithaca, so we decided to stop for dinner. A good friend recommended this place, and admittedly I was skeptical of Italian food this far from New York City, but I trust their recommendations and decided to give it a try. I am so glad that I did. For our wine selection, our server allowed us to sample one of the wines by the glass, which tasted thin. When we described what we wanted, she came back with a reasonably priced bottle that exactly hit the deep red notes that we were looking for (see the picture for the winery vintage if interested . We started with the crostini sampler. In my opinion, the Caponata was the best, but they were all interesting to try and I was glad we got all three. As a nice touch, they cut each crostini in half so my girlfriend and I could both easily sample each one. For dinner, I had the grilled hanger steak, which came with rapini and shoestring fries. I admittedly gave an annoyingly long description of how I wanted it cooked (essentially rare+ and they nailed it. The steak was fantastic, but the accompaniments were so good that they almost stole the show. The shoestring fries’ rosemary seasoning was a fun twist and the rapini was both familiar (garlic and olive oil and excitingly different. For dessert, I had what was essentially espresso mousse with graham crackers and a glass of dessert wine. While probably the weakest course, it was still a delicious way to cap an amazing meal. The mousse required a bit more texture, but fortunately they provided graham crackers on the side (which I suggest crumbling into the mousse . I’d highly recommend checking this place out if you happen to be in the area."

"Been here three times all my life in Ithaca. The first one was with my department bestie as it was our first time hanging out together and I taught her how to use chopsticks, how cute is that? And the second time was with my bf and the third time was with an old friend with her friend who were both new students this fall. The place was super strategic as you could see it from across the Seneca street bus stop because it was located hooked and the signage was kinda readable from far away. Also, they placed a printed menu on the window so that people could easily see both menu and the ambiance of the place directly although I could hold my waves of laughter a lot as I sat twice at the table near the menu because people could be very intense when seeing the menu and they might also watch us eating a bit. The staffs were attentive and friendly but their opening hours might be the quickest place to close as they close around 8pm. Food-wise, they have a wide variety of Korean and Japanese food and some kind of fusion Asian cuisine like the name of the restaurant!! I once went with fusion raw, cooked, and deep-fried sushi rolls which were so good, and some were categorized as spicy but not that spicy for my appetite. And then I tried the Vegetable Pajun or pancake served with a sour sauce which had not much flavor but the crispiness saved the game. To be honest, not really a fan of Korean food but I did try the Jjam Bong with chicken and it turned out so flavorful and the soup was spicy which I loved. The shredded chicken was tender and scrumptious also the noodle was cooked perfectly for me. Recommended to those who want to try comfort and tasty Asian cuisine around Downtown but make sure to seal the deal before 8pm so you will still be seated !!"
