"This restaurant has always been reliable, with orders consistently correct and friendly staff. However, my recent experience was disappointing. They messed up my order, and I only realized it once I got home. Typically, I check my order, but I didn't feel the need to this time because they usually do a fantastic job. When I called to address the issue, the employee apologized and mentioned that the person whose order I received was there, suggesting I could bring it back and pick up mine instead. Afterward, I asked to speak to a manager, waited about 5 or 6 minutes, and then a woman answered. She was aware of the situation but told me I couldn't speak to the manager because they were busy. Eventually, she said he'd call me back since they had my information. However, I never received that call, and I ended up paying more for the wrong order than I would have for my actual pizza. It's frustrating!"
