The pizza makers were not wearing gloves. They handled the dough with their bare hands, touching various surfaces and even their hats in the process. It was quite off-putting. I witnessed this firsthand.

Great place for pizza, however they could do much better on delivering the customers order properly. always seem to get it wrong (as you can see from the photos). Please improve your communication...thanks.

Pizza is good, was delivered really fast, but the workers use conflicts of interest and spread the liberation over Gran Agave due to the inner conflict. Once again the food was mediocre, but the staff must resolve the conflict in a more respectful way. Love the sausages Pizza tho<3

Actually started eating here. I haven't eaten out in a long time. I wanted to try something different but craving pizza. My friend told me bout Marco. They are actually good. We had good service here. They have flavor crust. Take it from a person who has digestive issues and wanted a break from being cautious.

This is our favorite chain pizza restaurant, particularly because their meatballs are fantastic. However, the sauce and crust are also superior to those of other major chains. We order pizza regularly, about every other week, and we've noticed a significant difference depending on the day. Look out Papa Jones this pizza ? place is looking to take over. My hole family tried this place for the 1st time today and we love it. The brownies are great too. We ordered online and did have to Too long for a 3 pizzas out half an hour. It was a quick and easy pick up to. I am happy to suggest to family and friends. We moved here for Portland and my family will be coming out to visit I am looking forward to having them try this place out.

A recent change I'm not happy with is the fact they changed from using fresh mushrooms to canned mushrooms. The mushrooms are like rubber and are tasteless. I order from this location at least once a week and I always order a pie with mushrooms; so when I called to complain I was told they switched to these different mushrooms a long time ago which is not true. I love Marcus Pizza but I will no longer order their pizza with mushrooms. Other than the lousy mushrooms it's still amazing pizza. I hope they fix this issue ASAP.

This restaurant has always been reliable, with orders consistently correct and friendly staff. However, my recent experience was disappointing. They messed up my order, and I only realized it once I got home. Typically, I check my order, but I didn't feel the need to this time because they usually do a fantastic job. When I called to address the issue, the employee apologized and mentioned that the person whose order I received was there, suggesting I could bring it back and pick up mine instead.
