"I ordered an All Meat pizza. I got an all beef. By mistake. All they will do is bring a new one. Nothing else. It would be another hour. 2 hours. Their mistake. I paid. And got a one topping pizza terrible customer service policies. I called the Elkart store. Talked to their manager. He said. They can remake it. Pick up the wrong one... Or They could have issued. A refund. Or a credit. I even asked if they kept phone numbers. For a credit. Oh. We don't do that. People make mistakes. Mistakes happen. That's what i was told. When I called back. About my wrong order.I asked to have the owner call me back.So. They break policy. On South Michigan Street.Photos show that is a one topping Beef pizza. She explained was the only other delivery the driver had."
